    Due to COVID-19:

    • We are currently operating under restricted opening hours. We are still processing orders as quickly as possible, normally within two business days.
    • We are suspending international shipping (excluding New Zealand) due to the extremely long delivery times the postal networks are experiencing.   

    Australia Post is currently experiencing delays with its delivery service. All our orders are sent with tracking details. We ask for your patience and understanding during this challenging period.

    Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand.

    • Australian orders over $100 will be sent freight free
    • Australian orders under $100 will incur a charge of $12.95
    • All New Zealand orders will incur a charge of $19.95
    • Please allow up to 14 business days (Mon-Fri) for delivery.
    • A signature is required upon delivery; please consider providing a business/work address if you are unlikely to be at home.
